Location: Plano, TX (Full time onsite role; hybrid options in future)

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 Annual Base Salary (DOE), Full Benefits, Orthodontia, HSA, FSA, 15 days PTO, 401K with match

Requirements: 5+ years as an IT Manager, Hands-on individual contributor type of role, will only have 1 report and very few off shore to manage in UK. Chance to grow team out in the future slowly. Firewalls, Security, and Strong Communication with Executive team. Druva, Veeam, Apple and Microsoft environment

We are a small organization of about 80 employees working in the cloud communication industry. Currently we have an urgent need for an experienced IT Manager to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization. Our network is a hybrid cloud based network infrastructure that includes VPNs, firewalls cybersecurity services, networking monitoring applications, trouble ticketing systems and more. We are a Microsoft base shop that offers remote device management, end point security, collaboration, productivity, cloud storage, and communications. Our end User device environment can managed Windows and Mac Laptops/desktops, phones, android cell phones and iPhone cell phones.

The IT Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organizations IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems. The successful candidate should have extensive technical knowledge and experience in most of the following: Firewalls, Security Administration, SalesForce, Adobe, Apple, Arctic Wolf, Asana, Bitbucket, Cisco Meraki, GoDaddy, Dell, VMWare, Druva, Intacct (Sage), mimecast, OpenSIPS, Remedy, Report Runner, SecureDocs, TeamViewer, Trend Micro Vision One, Veeam, Webex Control Hub, and WP Engine.

Position Overview

The IT Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department. This includes developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, managing the budget and IT resources, and providing technical advice and guidance. The IT Manager will also be responsible for researching, evaluating, and recommending IT solutions to support the organizations strategic goals. This role will also have one report and sometimes manage a few offshore in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outsource MSP and collaborate to plan and execute the IT aspect of company's growth plan
• Serve as the IT Administrator for our MS365/Exchange Accounts, internal broadband, hosted voice, and mobile wireless services
• Manage inside connectivity, LAN/WIFI network, switches, SIP phones, etc.
• Maintain and manage set-up, configurations, supplies, and service contracts for printers, scanners, faxes, multifunction devices, etc.
• Design and execute projects to improve processes, systems and operations
• Manage hardware and software purchasing including new employee onboarding/setup
• Create and maintain accurate asset management records
• Proactively jump in and lead with support issues as needed
• Own IT service management process with strong user experience
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• 5+ years as an IT Manager
• Administration
• Large Scale Enterprise work experience
• LAN
• SaaS industry
• Firewalls configuration and support
• Deploying and supporting end users including MDM, BYOD, Desktop and Laptop
• Knowledge of security, identity management, productivity, communications, collaboration applications
