We are offering an opportunity for an IT Manager to oversee IT operations across multiple office locations in Oldsmar, Florida. The role involves managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows 10 & 11, as well as overseeing EMR systems and leading IT teams.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows 10 & 11.
Oversee EMR systems and ensure seamless integration across multiple office locations.
Lead and support IT teams to ensure efficient and secure operations.
Handle the integration of Cisco Technologies and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning into our operations.
Use Backup Technologies and Computer Hardware for data protection and system operation.
Oversee Configuration Management and Contracts to ensure compliance and efficiency in operations.
Manage vendor relationships effectively, ensuring the best services and products for our operations.
Utilize Microsoft Office 365 for various administrative tasks and effective communication.
Requirements
Proven experience in an IT Manager role or similar capacity
Expertise in Cisco Technologies
Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
Proficiency in Active Directory administration
Experience with Backup Technologies and their implementation
Knowledge of Computer Hardware and its maintenance
Demonstrated skills in Configuration Management
Experience in managing Contracts effectively
Ability to handle Vendor Management efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and its related applications
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead a team
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant certifications in IT Management and other associated technologies will be a plus.
