The Ask
The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading the IT Infrastructure team and overseeing our IT infrastructure operations. As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for the stability and security of our IT infrastructure, leading initiatives and projects to execute our technology roadmap, educating teams on organizational goals and strategy, and promoting a growth culture. What You Will Be Doing
Monitoring team capacity and prioritizing work, managing on-call schedule and support matrix.
Working with third-party vendors and support providers to coordinate work and ensure service levels are defined and met.
Ensuring uptime, efficient operation, and security of IT infrastructure systems in accordance with company security policies and best practices.
Participating in development of the IT infrastructure roadmap and strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Partnering with stakeholders to identify needs and prioritize projects.
Developing, documenting, and implementing clear standards, operational procedures, and processes
Educating teams on modern technology, processes, and implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives.
Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements.
Occasionally interacting with Harte Hanks’ clients, providing support, and making recommendations based on client needs.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
7+ years of IT infrastructure experience
7+ years of system administration and engineering experience (Windows or Linux)
5+ years in a management or technical leadership role
3+ years of cloud computing experience (Azure and AWS preferred)
Deep understanding of datacenter and cloud infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, voice infrastructure, resiliency, and disaster recovery
Deep understanding of IT Service Management, ITIL, and project management methodologies. Experience with Jira, Opsgenie, and Azure Devops highly desired.
Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and initiatives including cloud migration and application modernization.
Ability to produce detailed standards, process, and operational documentation.
Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
Experience with industry regulations and standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, etc)
Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as code (IaC), automation, and scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, ARM Templates, Terraform, DSC, JSON, Ansible)
Experience with identity management (Active Directory Domain Services, AD Connect, Azure AD, ADFS, MFA)
Azure, AWS, ITIL certifications are a plus.
