Job Overview

Are you ready to embark on a journey where your skills will make a real difference? As an Application Support Analyst II, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our essential company applications. Every day, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and collaborating with teams to deliver outstanding support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and effective support to both internal and external users for a variety of proprietary and cloud-based applications.

Take ownership of user account management, ensuring access is granted, updated, and terminated according to established procedures.

Dive into code to troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance, ensuring our systems run smoothly around the clock.

Collaborate closely with client liaison groups, fostering strong relationships and ensuring processes are followed seamlessly.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of system standards, documentation, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Manage ticketing systems, from creating incidents to ensuring their timely resolution, while escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications

You bring at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare-related environment, demonstrating your passion for making a difference in the industry.

A Google IT Certification or equivalent is a plus, or you're eager to obtain one within your first six months.

Your analytical prowess, organizational skills, and attention to detail set you apart, allowing you to tackle complex challenges with ease.

You have a solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 is a must, along with experience in Active Directory and Parallels.

Bonus points if you're familiar with JIRA and/or Confluence, and have experience with programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or C#.
