Position: IT Infrastructure Analyst

Length: Perm

Location: Norfolk, Nebraska

Onsite/Remote: Hybrid-1-2 days/week remote - 8am - 5pm M-F some weekends and on-call work may be required.

Job Scope/Summary:

• Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of an organization’s computer systems, mobile device management, networks (LAN/WAN), and servers. Collaborate with or escalate issues to vendors and subject matter experts as needed. Monitors systems to ensure configurations, performance, resources, and security of the systems meet user needs. Maintains and supports computer hardware and software, and diagnoses issues when necessary. Ensures security measures are effective, including backup and disaster recovery.

Requirements/Certifications:

· Current, valid driver’s license issued in the state of legal residence required.

· Operate hospital system owned vehicles required.

Previous Experience Requirements:

· Previous experience with supporting and managing IT infrastructure required.

· Combination of two years of education and experience in position field required.

· Language Skills – Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language required.

· Your own personal smart phone required.

Preferred Skills/Background:

EDUCATION:

• Associate Degree preferred.

KNOWLEDGE:

• Microsoft: MS O365; MS In Tune; Active Directory; MS Server; MS SQL; SQL Server, MS Teams, SharePoint preferred.
• Backup Systems and Network/Cloud Storage preferred.
• LAN/WAN, Wireless Network, and VPN Management Tools preferred.
• Network topology, Ethernet, Wireless Networking and T1/PRI circuits preferred.
• Antivirus Administration preferred.
• VMWare Virtual Desktops and Server preferred.

Interview Process:

• 1st - Phone screen or video with Manager
• 2nd - Video interview with team (technical)
• 3rd - Video interview with the director
