Job Summary
As an ERP Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting both the functional and technical aspects of deployed ERP systems. This includes managing servers across development, test, and production environments. Your responsibilities will encompass ERP logistics support, implementation, and functional mapping of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Upgrade and install Baan solutions, service packs, porting sets, and related components for Baan Vc, Baan LN, and associated servers.
Develop custom administrations and manage the deployment of customizations to production environments.
Optimize performance, customize tools, and develop objects, servers, and databases.
Administer ION, INFOR Barcode, and other satellite applications.
Setup and monitor Baan and Windows jobs, ensuring smooth operation.
Collaborate with INFOR support to resolve system issues promptly.
Work with the Applications Team Manager to import and install Baan application patches.
Assist the operations team in troubleshooting Baan database, server, and operating system issues.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Comprehensive understanding of A&D environment processes including Enterprise Planning, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Projects, Quality, and Multisite.
Expertise in programming Baan V and Infor ERP LN 10.2 or higher.
Familiarity with Infor ION, BI, and Business Vault technologies; ability to create BI Dashboards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with PMO methodology and SOX internal controls (desirable).
Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve targeted goals.
Required Experience And Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience with Infor BODs, BDEs, and/or Web Services development/integration is advantageous.
Experience integrating with PLM, CRM, MES, Data Warehouses, and Time & Attendance systems is highly desired.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in ERP implementations, integrations, business analysis, and user support.
Experience in multiple full-scale Baan implementations across multisite environments.
Extensive knowledge of Baan ERP Systems and core functionalities.
Licenses, Certifications, etc.
APICS Certification And Advanced Education Qualifications Are Desirable.
