JOB SCOPE:

Client is looking for a Data/Business Analyst that is very technical. There is a lot of conceptual architecture to figure out. Clients data assessments are wrapping up discovery phase. Candidate will be setting up foundational elements of what they need from the data hub. These are complex data sets, Will be communicating with the business and technical teams.

Skill Sets: AWS Stack is a plus. Solid Understanding of ETL/ELT Framework. This is a technical DA/BA. Client is weak in QA/RA. QA/RA/OPS/FINANCE/COMMERICAL WOULD BE A PLUS AS WELL.

ob Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic-minded Business Data Analyst. The successful candidate will work closely with divisions across our organization and the group to provide actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1.Collaborate with key stakeholders across divisions, ETO, and the group to capture business requirements and translate them into technical needs.

2.Develop, implement, and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

3.Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques, providing ongoing reports.

4.Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

5.Filter and clean data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.

6.Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.

7.Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

8.Maintain data security and confidentiality in all tasks.

9.Communicate effectively with various stakeholders at different levels within the organization, presenting findings and making recommendations.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.

2.Have a deep understanding of systems and data architecture, design, and integrations.

3.Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.

4.Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL, etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks), and reporting packages (Business Objects, Power BI, etc.).

5.Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).

6.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

7.Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.

8.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

9.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10.Experience with ERP, CRM systems like SAP, Salesforce, etc.
