Position Summary
Responsible for the protection of CountryMark Information Assets. Position encompasses establishing and maintaining an appropriate compliance framework for CountryMark while facilitating the establishment, testing, and enforcement of appropriate Standard Operating Procedures and Key Performance Indicators. This position will also work alongside peers in the Applications and Infrastructure area to identify and review the appropriate tools necessary to protect CountryMark. This position is performed onsite/hybrid.

Job Qualifications (refers to job, not incumbent):
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security or MIS/CS degree with concentration in Cyber Security or IT Audit.
Education requirements may be waived for those with correct experience and either working towards or willing to work towards Cyber Security related certification.
Experience
Minimum: 5+ years of experience in an IT role with a working knowledge of Cyber Security practices as well as a working knowledge of ITIL conventions and processes. Minimum 3+ years leading and developing direct reports.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities (not Limited To The Following)
- Working in collaboration with the IT Management team to ensure that CountryMark has effective tools and processes in place to protect assets from the evolving threat landscape.
- Work with Infrastructure and Desktop Support personnel to configure and deploy tools.
- Build procedures to audit the tools and monitor outputs.
- Be a monitoring resource for all tools and processes in place.
- Stay abreast of new threats and continuously evaluate current processes and tool sets.
- Design a compliance framework for CountryMark that makes sense for the business model and compliance requirements of our industry.
- Design processes and procedures to enable Information Technology personnel to conform with the compliance framework.
- Collaborate with Information Technology Personnel regarding new procedures and compliance requirements.
- Work with leaders outside of IT to design processes and procedures they must adhere to.
- Be accountable for periodic testing and auditing of compliance.
- Generate compliance and security reports for management.
- Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization including the CEO and the Board of Directors.
- This position will require some amount of hands-on work.

- Ability to accommodate flexible working hours and travel to multiple locations in Indiana and Illinois on a regular basis.
