Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of IT contracts, such as software licenses, service agreements, vendor contracts, and other related documents.
Ensure all contracts adhere to company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, procurement, finance, and IT teams, to assess contractual risks and devise effective mitigation strategies.
Offer guidance and assistance to project teams on matters pertaining to contracts.
Maintain precise records and documentation of contracts.
Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout their lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to optimize contracts and achieve cost savings.
Keep abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting IT contracts.
Aid in the resolution of contract disputes and claims.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in roles such as contract specialist, contract administrator, or similar, preferably within the IT sector.
Profound understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Possession of Certified Commercial Contract Manager (CCCM) or Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) certification is advantageous.
Familiarity with IT concepts and terminology.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
