IT Business Analyst - Prior MFA Implementation Experience

Our client is in need of an IT Business Analyst with prior MFA implementation experience, for a contract, remote role. The ideal candidate will be located on EST, and have prior Insurance Industry experience. We are looking for a talented and knowledgeable IT Technical Business Analyst who has a strong background in supporting Identity Management implementations. Previous

experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementations would be a valuable asset. As an IT Technical Business Analyst, the role will involve analyzing technical requirements, support the design of MFA solutions, and working closely with various teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of MFA for supporting company Digital portals.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand technical requirements related to MFA implementation for Digital portals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional and technical requirements for MFA implementation.
• Evaluate existing broker portal systems and infrastructure to identify technical gaps and opportunities for MFA integration.
• Design and architect MFA solutions that align with industry best practices, organizational security policies, and technical feasibility for broker portals.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and development teams to implement and integrate MFA solutions within the broker portal environment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and integration guides specific to broker portals.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to validate the effectiveness and reliability of MFA implementation for broker portals.
• Provide technical support and guidance to development teams during the implementation phase.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to MFA for broker portals.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of MFA solutions within broker portals, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements or modifications as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in MFA technologies and security practices for broker portals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Technical Business Analyst, specifically with MFA implementation for broker portals.
• Strong understanding of MFA concepts, technologies, and best practices.
• Proficient in gathering and documenting technical requirements specific to broker portals and translating them into technical specifications.
• Experience in designing and architecting MFA solutions within broker portal environments.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to MFA.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
