A Kforce client has an exciting opportunity for an IT Analyst II in a fully remote role. This is a contract-to-hire position. Summary: An IT Analyst II analyzes models, modifies, and supports a complex system, process, or operation in order to improve its efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
IT Analyst II will apply good modeling principles and practices
Infrequent systems analysis work
As an IT Analyst II, you will assist in maintaining low complexity applications/systems
Will serve as Scrum Master on certain projects
Requirements
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience with Associate's degree or 5+ years of work experience
Project management experience and/or experience as a Scrum Master
Previous customer service banking or retail experience helpful
Experience with Jira, writing and maintaining backlog user stories
Experience gathering & organizing business & technical requirements
General understanding of software architecture principles
Familiarity with BPMN diagrams & documentation
Good facilitation skills
Must be able to meet multiple and concurrent deadlines and possess excellent follow through and organization skills
Must be able to organize and prioritize workload; To understand and follow written and oral directions and establish and maintain effective working relations with others
Must be exceptionally detail oriented and possess a working knowledge of litigation procedure as legal terms
Must have demonstrated excellent teamwork and a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot a variety of issues
General supervision required
Exposure to manufacturing or commercial digital printing processes is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
