$21.43 - $34.24
Responsibilities
At DMFI, the IT Analyst is regarded as the skilled expert and will be troubleshooting and repairing products. They will use problem-solving and customer service skills to assure co-workers of quick resolutions to their technical problems. They will also educate their team members about products and applications, while independently keeping themselves abreast of “what’s new” in technology. They will provide customer service skills, advice, and support to end-users.

Responsibilities
At DMFI, the IT Analyst is regarded as the skilled expert and will be troubleshooting and repairing products. They will use problem-solving and customer service skills to assure co-workers of quick resolutions to their technical problems. They will also educate their team members about products and applications, while independently keeping themselves abreast of “what’s new” in technology. They will provide customer service skills, advice, and support to end-users.
- Provides insightful advice and friendly, hands-on technical support to end users in need.
- Diagnoses product issues on the spot and explain situations with patience and empathy.
- Determines whether repairs can be done or a replacement is needed, offers solutions to quickly get users up and running again. Fulfills the Company’s service commitment with discernment, speed, and skill. Conscious of end users time demands as well as own, especially while juggling multiple end users.
- Earns the trust of coworkers; offers guidance, knowledge, and even tips and training.
- Demonstrates an aptitude for acquiring skills in technical repairs and an eagerness to learn.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1-2 Years in technology relevant work experience, Apple Genius Bar experience preferred.
- Strong people skills and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
- Ability to adhere to a schedule of appointments.
