Position Overview: Information Technology Administrative Assistant in Columbus, OH

Are you passionate about blending administrative expertise with IT support? We are looking for an enthusiastic Information Technology Administrative Assistant to join our team in Columbus, OH. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our IT operations while providing invaluable support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist and Empower: Provide vital support to our Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Information Officer, and their respective departments.

Organize and Coordinate: Collaborate closely with leadership to schedule meetings, prepare communications, and ensure seamless operations.

Manage Relationships: Maintain vendor relationships and oversee software/hardware maintenance contracts.

Document and Communicate: Contribute to the creation of policies, procedures, and memos under the guidance of our leadership team.

Technical Support: Provide assistance to our CEO's Executive Assistant & Board Secretary on the board portal, ensuring smooth meetings.

Inventory Management: Assist in IT asset management, including inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.

Financial Administration: Code and input purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accurate financial records.

Tech Troubleshooting: Basic printer management, audio/video setup for meetings, and mobile device account management.

Team Support: Offer backup support for other administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations across the board.

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in an IT administrative or help desk role preferred.

Education: An Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills are a must.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

Organization: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, Project, and Visio.

Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.

Independence: Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
