IP Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a talented and motivated IP Litigation Attorney to join this dynamic team in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, with a focus pre-trial and trial work. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent litigation skills and a passion for advocating for clients in high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial, and post-trial activities.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs in federal and state courts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and other attorneys, to build strong cases.
• Advise clients on IP protection and enforcement strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal trends and developments in intellectual property law.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Proven track record of handling patent and trademark litigation cases.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
