IOT Service Delivery Manager

Pulivarthi Group are seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager for a large IoT / Connected Devices. This project will be an opportunity for you to participate in the implementation of innovative technologies, in the context of a global deployment, and in an agile development mode.

Required Profile

• We need at least 7 years in the management of IT services ideally from an IT Services / IT Consulting environment with strong technical and commercial competence.
• Ideally past experience of IoT projects.
• You will be technically minded and understand business solutions and operations.
• International / cross boarder project experience.
• ITIL certified or similar
• You have extensive experience in international organizations, with software development and IT operations carried out offshore.
• Your English is fluent so that you are able to deliver presentations / meetings in English and you can also write documents.
  
  

You Will Be Responsible For

• You ensure the quality of service (time, costs, SLAs);
• You are in charge of securing service level agreements signed with the client;
• You are responsible for monitoring the management of the service provided;
• You continuously seek to optimize the services and processes to be provided;
• You are responsible for the coordination between the client's teams and the operational teams;
• You supervise the local team in compliance with the Group's strategy and processes, while ensuring the quality of service provision, including activities carried out from nearshore centers;
• You contribute to development by actively participating in the preparation of responses to calls for tenders and in the sales / pre-sales activity;
• You are responsible for the activity budget, and the financial performance of the profit center.
