Position Overview

We are seeking a diligent Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. Operating in a remote capacity, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of invoicing and payments, while delivering exceptional customer service internally and externally. This position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial operations and support our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Front Office to manage customer accounts, oversee invoicing, track purchase orders, and resolve account-related issues promptly.
  • Facilitate client accounting audits by gathering necessary data and information, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Work in tandem with the electronic invoicing team to accurately disseminate invoices to clients.
  • Conduct regular audits of accounts to maintain accuracy and address client-specific needs.
  • Manage accounts receivable and unapplied cash reports for the Interim line of business.
  • Serve as a liaison for the operational support group, addressing queries related to aging, billing, and payment processes.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Payable team to submit interim invoices for payment processing.
  • Monitor the invoicing queue to ensure timely and accurate release of invoices to clients.
  • Collaborate with corporate AP and finance teams to uphold financial operations standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications.
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in customer service, business, or financial environment.
