Education And Experience »
Need to have hands-on experience with MS Excel.
Construction experience is great to have.
Invoice experience (2-3 way matching).
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities »
Should have good communication skills and Analytical & Critical thinking skills.
Knowledge of P2 (Salesforce) is Preferred but not mandatory.
What You’ll Do
Job Responsibilities:
Need someone who is detailed oriented and accurate to take care of timely approval of Invoices, communication, and will be team player.
Responsible for matching and approving design invoicing, survey invoicing and manage invoicing, final invoicing & account reconciliations.
