Investor Relations Specialist

Node-Air is a group of designers and design engineers based in Miami, FL. Our mission is to innovate urban mobility and create sustainable transportation solutions. We are passionate about improving the way people move around cities and constantly pushing the boundaries of design and engineering.

This is a volunteer role for an Investor Relations Specialist at Node-Air. As an Investor Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships with investors, analyzing investment opportunities, and providing financial insights and recommendations. You will also be responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with current and potential investors, preparing financial reports, and assisting in fundraising efforts. This is an on-site role located in Miami, FL.

• Strong knowledge of investor relations and investments
• Finance background with excellent analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Previous experience in the transportation or urban mobility industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
