As our Investor Experience Specialist, you’ll be the go-to contact for investors, ensuring smooth communication via phone, email, or text. Your mission is to ensure a seamless investment journey, swiftly resolving any issues that arise. You’ll assist investors in transitioning their IRAs or 401ks into our Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), manage and troubleshoot investor accounts, and support our back-office operations. Your innovative ideas and investor feedback will help drive the development of new features that enhance the overall investor experience.
Role Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for investors, ensuring seamless communication via phone, email, or text
Ensure a smooth investment journey for all clients, addressing and resolving any issues promptly
Assist investors individually with transitioning their IRAs or 401ks into our Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT)
Manage and troubleshoot investor accounts on our platform, ensuring a seamless back-office operation
Innovate and contribute ideas for enhancing investor experience
Compile and utilize investor feedback to guide the development team in creating new features
Skills Required
Exceptional communication skills and comfort with various communication channels
Strong computer and technical skills, with the ability to manage and troubleshoot platform issues
Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to effectively collect and interpret investor feedback
General Google Suite and Microsoft Office Skills
Requirements
Experience in customer service is a plus
Familiarity with financial products is also a plus
Strong desire to make a meaningful impact in the real estate investment sector
