We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Investor Relations Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Investor Relations Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships between our company and the investment community. You will develop and execute strategic investor relations programs to effectively communicate our financial performance, business strategies, and key developments to shareholders, analysts, and potential investors. This role requires strong communication skills, financial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.

- Investor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and stakeholders. Develop and maintain positive relationships to foster investor confidence and trust in the company.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and disseminate financial reports, earnings releases, and presentations for quarterly earnings calls, annual meetings, and investor conferences. Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies aligned with corporate objectives and investor expectations. Define key messages and communication strategies to promote transparency and shareholder value.
- Market Analysis: Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations on investor perceptions and market conditions.
- Investor Outreach: Identify and target new investors and analysts to expand the company's investor base. Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences to enhance visibility and attract investment interest.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans related to financial disclosures or other sensitive issues. Provide timely and accurate responses to investor inquiries and concerns.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, disclosure requirements, and corporate governance standards. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to maintain accurate and transparent financial disclosures.
- Shareholder Engagement: Manage shareholder inquiries, proxy voting, and investor relations inquiries. Develop strategies to enhance shareholder engagement and participation in corporate governance matters.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze investor relations metrics and feedback. Prepare regular reports on investor sentiment, shareholder demographics, and market perception for senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Corporate Strategy Support: Collaborate with executive leadership and senior management on strategic initiatives, M&A activities, and capital raising efforts. Provide strategic guidance on investor relations implications and opportunities.
