Investor Relations Associate- VC Fund

Our client a VC Fund in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an Associate to support the IR Function for the Founder.

This Associate role will support the partner in charge of investor relations and ensure high level execution of all investor and marketing activities. An ideal candidate would be diligent, organized, and thorough.

Experience with CRMs would be a plus. Infinity Investor Software

Responsibilities

· Maintain CRM to ensure that all relevant information is updated

· Coordinate production of investor materials and letters

· Distribute all investor communications

· Manage investor requests - track requests and work with various team members to ensure timely completion

· Prepare background materials for investor meetings

· Organize investor meetings

· Manage investor survey requests - prepare drafts and work with team to complete

· Proofread investor communications - emails, letters, ADV, annual notices

· Due Diligence Questionnaire - update and maintain

· Support the Founder with day-to-day administrative responsibilities

Someone who has worked with a fund during fundraising is needed.

This role is contract but can be temp to perm possibly

Hybrid- 3-4 days a week in the office
