Investor Relations Associate

Noor has partnered with a Houston development firm. As they continue to expand their investor base, we are seeking a talented and motivated Investor Relations Associate to join their team.

The Investor Relations Associate will play a key role in managing and nurturing relationships with our investor pool, primarily consisting of high-net-worth individuals, while also helping to expand the investor database. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial real estate investment and excellent communication skills to effectively communicate investment strategies and performance to our investors.

Responsibilities:

• Investor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on investment performance, financial results, and market insights.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals and other stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• New Investor Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new investors, providing them with the necessary information and documentation to participate in investment opportunities.
• Investor Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular investor reports and communications, including quarterly updates, financial statements, and performance summaries.
• Due Diligence: Assist with investor due diligence requests, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Investor Meetings: Coordinate and facilitate investor meetings, presentations, and conferences, both in-person and virtually, to provide updates on investment activities and performance.
• Marketing Materials: Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations for investor meetings, pitches, and conferences.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and reporting obligations related to investor communications and securities laws.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, industry news, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations to investors.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the investor relations process, implementing best practices and efficiencies to improve investor satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on investor relations preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate investment principles, financial analysis, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with high net worth individuals.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business administration, or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and investor relations software/tools is a plus.
