Compensation: $110,000-125,000 base + bonus

We are representing an Investor Relations opportunity with a leading institutional alternative asset manager. This person will sit in NYC on a hybrid schedule and join a collaborative team.

This team is responsible for client onboarding, capturing, managing and reporting on investor data, capital, and liquidity, and transfer agent oversight across the firm’s strategies.

Responsibilities

• Handle investor onboarding
• Capture and maintain investor information
• Review reconciliations with transfer agents and investigate/resolve breaks
• Coordinate across internal and external teams to provide timely/accurate responses to investor inquiries
• Design and produce reports for senior management
• Identify and drive opportunities to automate and streamline processes
