Investment Specialist
As a Licensed Investment Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting clients with their financial planning needs. Your primary responsibility will be to develop customized financial plans using a comprehensive range of products and services. By leveraging your sound judgment, extensive knowledge of financial products, and advanced planning tools, you will provide clients with tailored investment solutions.
Key responsibilities and expertise sought:
- Financial Planning: Using the tools of planning as a guidance to engage in financial planning discussions. Present solutions and service offerings that align with the clients' needs.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage technology to prepare for and conduct efficient one-on-one appointments. Optimize client time during appointments and plan for post meeting follow-up using available tools.
- Client Relationship Management: Proactively reach out to clients, seeking to understand their goals and objectives. Based on their needs and financial complexity, refer clients to a wealth management partner to provide comprehensive solutions.
Required Licensing and Experience
FINRA Series 7 & 66 or (series 65/63)
Experience with High-Net-Worth clients and working with to uncover additional investment opportunities.

- Product Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of various investment solutions. Educate customers on the values and differences of each product.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit exemplary interpersonal skills and the ability to grow relationships. Take initiative and exceed expectations in client interactions.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate outstanding communication and consultative skills. Thrive in a fast-paced work environment where effective communication is essential.
