About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Operations Lead to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Treasury and Investment Operations, this role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of investment transactions, developing operational strategies, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will be a driven, self-starter who communicates well and has a combination of strong technical expertise and good financial knowledge. This role requires a keen eye for detail, understanding and managing our cash flows and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote in the US
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment operations or a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL, C# .Net, Excel, VBA, Python, and Tableau.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience in finance, mortgage-backed securities (MBS), real estate, lending, trading, and/or treasury.
Ability to self-automate using tools such as Excel Macros and other programming languages.
PC skills including working knowledge of the Microsoft environment and the ability to access, manipulate, organize, and relay information in a meaningful way.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
