Job Title: Investment Management Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Investment Management Analyst to join our investment management team. As an Investment Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting portfolio managers and investment advisors in managing client portfolios, conducting research, and providing investment recommendations. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing investment strategies and achieving financial goals for our clients.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist portfolio managers in analyzing client investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial goals.
  • Conduct research on financial markets, economic trends, and investment opportunities to support portfolio decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, asset allocation, and risk metrics on an ongoing basis.
  • Prepare investment proposals, performance reports, and presentations for client meetings and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and projections to assess investment performance and potential.
  • Collaborate with research analysts, investment teams, and advisors to identify investment strategies and opportunities.
  • Perform due diligence on potential investments, including company analysis, financial statement review, and valuation.
  • Support the implementation and execution of investment strategies, including trades and rebalancing activities.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes, market developments, and industry trends affecting investment management.
  • Assist in client communications, responding to inquiries, and providing updates on portfolio performance and strategy.

Skills Required

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis, investment research, and modeling techniques.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, asset classes, and portfolio management principles.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling software and databases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex investment concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis, reporting, and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
