Position Overview

We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Wealth Management Advisors to join our exclusive network. As an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) with a minimum of 2 years of proven expertise, you will explore a variety of career solutions tailored to your goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering personalized wealth management solutions and financial strategies.

Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying and cultivating opportunities within the target market. Utilize your network and, if applicable, a portable book of business to expand your client base.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry guidelines, staying updated with financial laws and regulations.

Back Office Support: Collaborate with partner firms providing robust back-office support, allowing you to focus on client engagement and growth initiatives.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic plans for the growth and success of the wealth management practice.

Required Skills

Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.

Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.

Business Development: Demonstrated success in expanding client portfolios and generating business opportunities.

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address clients' financial needs.

Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and clients to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Registered Investment Advisor Representative (IAR).

Active IAR Registration (Series 65 & Series 63 or Series 66).

Active Series 7 certification.

Portable book of business preferred or ability to discuss a book of business with restrictive covenants.

Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and a passion for assisting clients with their financial goals.

Bachelor's Degree.

Compensation

Salary and benefits are based on placement with our partner firms, ranging from $50,000 to $250,000 per year.
