Investment Banking Consultant

Our client, a Private Equity firm in New York, NY, is looking to add an Investment Banking Consultant to their team! This person will be responsible for putting together a Private Placement Memorandum for the firm's closed-end funds. Additional responsibilities include preparing fund offering summaries, documenting capital structure, and summarizing sales terms. The ideal candidate will come with at least five years of Investor Relations Marketing experience for an established Private Equity firm, and direct experience in putting together PPMs.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working with the General Counsel and Investment Partners to develop PPMs.
• Reviewing and summarizing closed-end fund structures.
• Gathering historical financial statements, business descriptions, and other fund information to put together a PPM.

Requirements:

• At least five years of years of Investor Relations and/or Marketing experience for an established private equity firm.
• A proven history of putting together Private Placement Memorandums for closed-end funds.
• Exceptional attention to detail and advanced verbal and written communication skills.
