Investment Banking Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Investment Banking Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on complex financial transactions, conducting financial analysis, preparing presentations, and facilitating negotiations. You will leverage your deep understanding of financial markets, valuation techniques, and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions and achieve successful outcomes for our clients.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other corporate finance transactions.
• Conduct financial analysis, including company valuations, financial modeling, and due diligence.
• Prepare comprehensive financial presentations, pitch books, and transaction-related documents.
• Perform market research and industry analysis to support client engagements and business development efforts.
• Assist in structuring and executing transactions, including drafting transaction documents and coordinating with legal and regulatory teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal advisors, accountants, and senior management to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to facilitate business development opportunities.
