We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Investment Banking Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Investment Banking Consultant, you will provide strategic advisory services to corporate clients, institutions, and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, financial restructuring, and other financial transactions. Your role will be instrumental in executing complex financial deals and providing insightful strategic guidance to clients.
Roles And Responsibilities
Financial Analysis and Valuation: Conduct financial analyses, including company valuations, financial modeling, and scenario analysis to assess transaction feasibility and pricing.
Deal Structuring: Assist in structuring financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, and debt and equity offerings.
Due Diligence: Coordinate and manage due diligence processes, including reviewing financial statements, conducting industry research, and identifying risks and opportunities.
Client Advisory: Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients on transaction strategies, negotiation tactics, and deal execution timelines.
Pitch Preparation: Prepare presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials to pitch potential deals to clients and investors, highlighting transaction rationale and financial benefits.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders involved in the deal process. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting investment banking activities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the deal lifecycle, including SEC filings, disclosures, and financial reporting obligations.
