We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Investment Banking Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Investment Banking Consultant, you will provide strategic advisory services to corporate clients, institutions, and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, financial restructuring, and other financial transactions. Your role will be instrumental in executing complex financial deals and providing insightful strategic guidance to clients.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis and Valuation: Conduct financial analyses, including company valuations, financial modeling, and scenario analysis to assess transaction feasibility and pricing.
  • Deal Structuring: Assist in structuring financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, and debt and equity offerings.
  • Due Diligence: Coordinate and manage due diligence processes, including reviewing financial statements, conducting industry research, and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients on transaction strategies, negotiation tactics, and deal execution timelines.
  • Pitch Preparation: Prepare presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials to pitch potential deals to clients and investors, highlighting transaction rationale and financial benefits.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders involved in the deal process. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting investment banking activities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the deal lifecycle, including SEC filings, disclosures, and financial reporting obligations.
