We are collaborating with a Boutique Investment Bank actively seeking to expand its Software & Services team in Los Angeles by adding an Investment Banking Analyst II. Renowned for their work in the Middle Market, this firm is growing and looking to double within the next year.

To be considered for this role, you need the following:

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Investment Banking experience
• Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc.
• Strong accounting skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Having your Series licenses preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
