Position Summary
Due to our recent growth and the depth of our existing pipeline, we are seeking an experienced M&A professional for our Investment Banking Analyst role. You will assume significant responsibility across the lifecycle of a transaction, including financial modeling and analysis, preparation of client presentations, and company due diligence. Analysts will gain direct exposure to industry leaders, top financial sponsors, and disruptive technologies shaping the future of fintech and work. The job is fully remote and there is no expectation to originate deals. As a key hire to the group, the Managing Partners will take an active role in mentoring your professional growth.
Job Duties
- Create client pitches and management presentations
- Develop financial models, valuations, and other key financial analyses
- Manage data rooms and due diligence processes
- Perform industry research and market sizing
- Assess key transaction documents
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1.5 years of investment banking or private equity experience, preferably working with fintech or software businesses
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to work with large data sets
- Highly organized with excellent analytical and writing skills
- Superior time management with ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong work ethic with a high degree of self-discipline and motivation
- Ability to work independently and in a remote work environment
