We are currently looking for a full-time, experienced Investment Banking Analyst or Associate to join our growing team. We are remote-based and currently have employees in Minneapolis, Chicago, and Miami. Responsibilities of this position include the following:
Supporting deal execution including financial modeling, market research, and organizing information into presentable formats
Researching relevant sector trends including operational metrics and valuation multiples
Monitoring and tracking relevant transactions within Pederson&Co’s sector coverages
Supporting firm business development efforts
Skills & Qualifications

Top tier analytical skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar study
2 to 4 years of investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity, financial due diligence, or accounting experience
High level of accounting knowledge and proficiency around 3-statement financial analysis
Excellent writing and oral communication
Flexibility in working extended hours and ability to learn quickly
Resourcefulness, creativity, and intellectual curiosity
