Key Responsibilities
Transaction Support: Assist in defining necessary features and needs for VC, PE, and M&A transactions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market conditions.
Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong connections with potential investors, including a wide network of family offices, to secure investment opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
Regulatory Advisory: Provide expert advice on regulatory requirements and compliance to clients, helping them navigate complex legal landscapes and mitigate risks.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to identify emerging trends, potential investment targets, and strategic growth opportunities.
Deal Execution: Oversee the entire transaction process, from initial due diligence and valuation to negotiation, structuring, and closing of deals.
Strategic Guidance: Offer strategic insights and recommendations to clients, enhancing their investment strategies and ensuring optimal financial outcomes.
Role Description
This is a volunteer remote role for an Investment Banking Advisor (Sweat Equity). As an Investment Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance in financial planning, investment strategies, finance, and customer service. Your role will involve advising on investment opportunities, creating financial models, and building relationships with clients.
Qualifications
Financial Planning, Investments, and Investment Strategies skills
Experience in finance, investment banking, or related fields
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Knowledge of AI, ML, and Distributed Ledger technologies is a plus
Experience in Venture Capital (VC), Private Equity (PE), or Mergers & Acquisitions (M&As) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
