Investment Analysis Manager

Your mission will be to support the finance and corporate development teams of Ferrovial Airports with building financial models linked to the proposals presented in both bidding and divestment processes, as well as to perform the economic-financial analyses of said projects and prepare supporting presentation materials accordingly. While the role will be based in the United States, work activities will support the business unit’s global activities.



Responsibilities:


Analysis of the evolution of economic, operational, and financial variables of investments.

Develop and maintain financial models of Ferrovial Airport assets, as well as the operational models under the division’s responsibility (P&L, cash-flow, balance).

Review financial models developed by external advisors and ensure compliance with Ferrovial's procedures.

Conduct valuation reporting of the group's different assets, justifying valuations with stakeholders involved in the due diligence process, e.g., advisors, shareholders, or partners.

Preparation of asset valuations for both internal purposes and third-party processes.

Preparation of specific "ad hoc" studies relevant to the decision-making by the Senior Management.

Collaborate in the economic-financial analysis of investment and divestment projects within the division.

Support in the development and updating of financial models for the valuation of existing and future assets.

Assist the department in preparing financial reports.



Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering (with further training in finance).

Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, project finance, corporate or investment banking, with solid knowledge in the development of investment and/or company valuation models.

Postgraduate degree in Finance is desirable.

Proficiency in English is essential, and availability for domestic and international travel is required.
