Job Description
Key responsibilities for the Investment Advisor Consultant include:
Process Analysis: Analyze end-to-end investment, operational, and compliance processes to create Target Operating Models in PowerPoint.
User Testing: Conduct user testing on tech platforms, identify defects, and track their resolution.
Training Documentation: Prepare detailed training materials for front line staff.
Project Collaboration: Work with project managers, business analysts, and tech leads to advance project workstreams.
Data Management: Perform data analysis and scrubbing to ensure data integrity.
Portfolio Liaison: Coordinate with Portfolio Managers and Chief Investment Office teams for implementing model and client portfolios.

The Successful Applicant
The Investment Advisor Consultant should have the following background:
4 year Bachelor's Degree.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Background in investments and wealth products.
Experience with managed accounts and advisory propositions.
Ability to visualize processes and articulate them in both verbal and written formats.
Proactive, hands-on attitude.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after initial onboarding and training.
