This licensed Financial Specialist or Investment Advisory Representative will work as a 1099 independent contractor to sell life insurance and retirement. Partnering with a local agent, this person will have access to an existing customer base of leads. This person will be expected to deepen relationships by tailoring products to customers' specific needs and develop strong partnerships to create a solid client base. Being a 1099 independent contractor, this person will have total flexibility of schedule and hours. Financial products sold include:
* Life insurance
* Annuities (fixed, indexed, variable).
* Mutual funds.
* IRAs.
* 403(b)s and 529s.
* Workplace life and supplemental health insurance.
* Fidelity Custody Clearing and Solutions.
* UITs and Managed Assets.
* FMAX -- Investment Advisory platform
* Buffered and traditional UIT's
As with most roles investment roles in this industry, this is paid via commission and bonuses. Supplemental benefits are available.
Minimum Requirements:
Series 6 or Series 7 licensure
Licensed to sell life and health insurance
Strong communication skills to create and maintain customer relationships
Experience in a similar sales role selling insurance and/or retirement successfully
Must be near to the greater Seattle area to be able to tackle the Seattle area customer base/market
