Inventory Reporting Assistant

ESC’s premier client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Reporting Assistant to join their Supply Chain team. The role involves managing inventory health by leveraging data from various sources to create meaningful reports that drive actionable insights, reducing supply chain costs and waste. This individual will play a crucial role in the transition of brands from one platform to another, working closely with suppliers, team members, and vendors.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate the transition of brands from one platform to another.
• Collaborate with 150 suppliers over the next year for brand transition.
• Track inventory data and provide ETAs for supplier action items.
• Develop and delegate team reporting for actionable tasks.
• Collaborate with an 8-member supply chain team, each managing their own supplier categories.
• Assist in task delegation and communicate with vendors and private brands team members.
• Evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
• Maintain and update internal documentation for training and reference.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage project status tracking and reporting from internal systems.
• Monitor exception reporting and coordinate solutions with the supply chain team.
• Build and enhance Excel reports and progress trackers.
• Ensure clean, consolidated reporting from multiple data sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Transportation, or Operations discipline.
• 2 years of supply chain experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• High proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Background in analyst work.
• 3+ years of experience in driving process improvements.
• Experience in stakeholder management with varied organizational levels.
• Experience in building processes, project management, and scheduling.
