Inventory Planning and Retail Sales Analyst -- Remote | WFH

Are you passionate about analyzing data to drive sales and optimize inventory? We're looking for a proactive Inventory Planning and Retail Sales Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in forecasting customer demand and ensuring our inventory levels meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Analyze and present POS & replenishment metrics weekly to inform decisions across departments.

Compile and analyze sales & replenishment data to forecast future trends and support budget planning.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance sales strategies and maximize inventory efficiency.

Maintain optimal in-stock levels and fill rates while aligning with company goals and market trends.

Work closely with Customer replenishment teams to manage inventory at a detailed level, including order management.

Review and adjust item forecasts based on seasonal patterns and market dynamics.

Support Sales & Marketing initiatives by providing insights into planogram resets and inventory needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience with a strong analytical background, preferably in retail analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, Vlookups, and data filtering.

Strong deductive reasoning and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.

Occasional travel may be required (10%-15%) as well as flexibility with work hours during peak times.
