Inventory Planner

Our client, a leading apparel and sporting goods manufacturing company, is looking for an Inventory Planner. This is for an initial duration of 5 months and is located in Boston, MA.

This is a Hybrid position (Onsite – M-Thu; and remote on Friday)

Required:

• 4-year Degree
• 2+ years of relevant working experience in forecasting, purchasing, planning, inventory management or replenishment in a consumer goods company
• SAP, Excel - high proficiency, analysing inventory levels and determining where corrections are needed
• Supply chain, product lifecycle experience.
• Working with cross functional teams
• Communication - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage and influence leaders across the organization
• Strong analytical skills, ability to generate and use quantitative, as well as qualitative data for analysis and decision-making purposes.

Preferred: Process improvement, working with licensed E vendors, procurement or buying background
