To ensure our customers’ fridges can always be filled with their favorite ice cream, we are looking for an Inventory & Logistics Specialist! Whether you have a sweet tooth or not, you will excel in this role if you are detail-oriented, love creating organized systems, and take initiative to solve problems!

Our small, but mighty team has established partnerships with Costco, Wholefoods, Safeway, Andronicos, Pavilions, and hundreds of other retailers—and we look forward to continuing growing in 2024.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory of raw materials and packaging and proactively order them as needed in conjunction with storage capacity
Coordinate all logistics related to purchase orders
Actively communicate with all relevant parties on any updates or unexpected changes to purchase orders
Collaborate with the production team for inbound and outbound shipments
Prepare and ship packages via FedEx, UPS, etc.
Onboard and actively use Google Workspace
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field OR 1+ year experience in a logistics, supply chain, or inventory role
Working knowledge of Google Workspace
Highly detailed, thorough, and organized
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sense of urgency to problem solve when unexpected changes occur
Adaptable and flexible to excel in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of prioritization to make sure time sensitive tasks are completed first
Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Some local travel in the Bay Area is required

Salary: $60k DOE
