Salon Republic is a rethinking of the ideal working environment for today's beauty professional. One of the many amenities that sets us apart from other salon studios is the onsite beauty supply store that we offer to our beauty professionals. We are looking for a dynamic Inventory Coordinator to help maintain the day-to-day operations, and to support our existing buying team. This role has a Mon-Fri schedule and is an in-office role, with the potential of becoming a hybrid position with an in-office/worksite requirement of 3 days per week. The office is currently located in Woodland Hills, CA but is moving to Westlake Village in August.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Inventory Coordinator. The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for entering and managing purchase orders; resolving shipping & invoicing discrepancies; maintaining pricing updates; coordinating and managing inter-store transfers, vendor damages & returns, and vendor credits or replacements; partnering with AP and vendors to ensure timely processing of invoices, inventory data management, providing support to location managers to resolve issues & inquiries, and being available for physical inventories if needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred (relevant experience and skills may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.)
