JOB SUMMARY We are looking for candidates to perform inventory control functions for a steel service center. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Incoming and outgoing freight tracking and coordination
Coordinate inventory receiving and tagging
Oversee inventory adjustments
Oversee customer order entry vs material in stock
Inspect returned material
Attention to detail to identify damaged/defective material
Maintain inventory accuracy
Provide inventory control reports as required
Good written and verbal communication skills
Update database with incoming and outgoing materials

3+ years of experience in an inventory control role in a industrial material environment
Perform duties as deemed necessary by plant supervision and management
Able to stand, bend and walk for long periods of time in a warehouse environment
Drug Screens and background check conducted.
