Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Inventory Control Analyst located in Indianapolis, IN. The Inventory Control Analyst will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy, conducting physical inventory counts, and ensuring efficient inventory control. Analytical skills will be utilized to identify and resolve discrepancies, improve inventory management processes, and optimize inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of inventory accuracy and inventory control best practices
• Analytical skills to analyze inventory data and identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
• Experience conducting physical inventory counts and reconciling inventory variances
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and software
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in supply chain or logistics is a plus
