The Role

Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. is currently looking for an Inventory associate to join our team. This role will primarily be required to perform all inventory actions, including counting and recording, in order to reduce waste, cut down on unnecessary expenditures and maintain a steady supply of product to all areas of the facility. Accuracy and attention to detail is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to adhere to, maintain, and promote a positive company culture.
  • Perform accurate inventory transactions in various ERP formats through data entry.
  • Verification of all issuing and returning of goods from various departments within the facility.
  • Take responsibility for Sampling events and ensure they are shipped at appropriate times and maintain the retain vault.
  • Fully support the operational inventory principals and ERP processes, including movements of products through the ERP software.
  • Participate in daily, weekly, monthly counts, and cycle counting events.
  • Assist in inventory events such as reorganization, staging, picking, labeling, etc.
  • Other related tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs as they relate to daily work activities and compliance with regulations of the Cannabis Act

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in warehousing or production.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and adaptability.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate strong working relationships in a team environment is a must.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform perpetual movement throughout production and various storage areas.
  • Lift Truck certification or willingness to be certified.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP software.
  • Long hours may be required on occasion or the occasional Saturday work.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Experience in sage software.
  • Previously ability to operate a lift truck.
  • Previous Cannabis experience.
  • Previous knowledge of GPP, GAP and/or GMP regulations.
