ESC’s premier client is looking for multiple Inventory Assistants to join their team, who is building industry changing technology to help deliver high-speed broadband network connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. This role is 100% onsite, reporting in Kirkland, WA and will have you managing inbound shipments including PO tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communication and more. Responsibilities
Manage inbound shipments including po tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications.
Analyze inventory position and sku performance to determine inventory needs.
Execute on a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.
Qualifications
Organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.
1-2 years’ experience analyzing inventory positioning and sku performance
Strong execution of data and processes is required.
