About the role:

The inventory and logistics manager will be a crucial team member in the Dose warehouse fulfilment operation, reporting to the Head of Warehouse Operations. You will be responsible for making sure that every delivery is accurately recorded and booked in on arrival, you will keep an accurate record of all inventories in the warehouse and always delivered to our copacker, from raw materials to finished goods. You will track all fulfilment by channel recording all cases sent to customers. You will be the point person for coordinating logistics, communicating with our distribution partners daily to ensure all orders go out on time. Communication is key to this role: collaboratively corresponding with our supply chain team on daily activities, speaking up and quickly escalating challenges and taking ownership of solving problems. 

Skills/Expertise:

• Fulfilment operations
• Warehouse management 
• Logistics partners management: Fedex, UPS, etc.
• Fulfilment systems: Shopify, Shipstation etc. 
• Communication both verbal and written.
• Microsoft excel – experience with spreadsheets and inputting data
• Open to learning and a team player.

Preferred experience:

• 3+ years in warehouse management
