St. Luke's TA seeks an experienced Coordinator to join our team in a remote capacity. This important role supports exceptional interactions to ensure professional, timely and accurate written and verbal communication with recruiters, candidates, and hiring leaders.

- This role is remote and you must live in Idaho or Oregon.
What You Can Expect From This Role
- Supports the coordination and delivery of exceptional candidate experiences as it relates to interviewing and sourcing activities
- Schedules complex candidate interviews, including coordination of meals, community tours and other administrative activities
- Ability to support sourcing program logistics as it relates to event management and logistics, with occasional local travel possible
- Exercises exceptional written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable leveraging phone communication, as necessary
- Brings outstanding customer service to both candidates and leaders, in collaboration with Talent Acquisition recruiters.
- Applies thorough knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures while understanding and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Education: Associates degree or experience in lieu of degree
- Experience: 2 years relevant experience
