Interview Coordinator - Talent Acquisition

At St. Luke’s, our dedicated Talent Acquisition (TA) team strives to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional candidate experiences. St. Luke's TA seeks an experienced Coordinator to join our team in a remote capacity. This important role supports exceptional interactions to ensure professional, timely and accurate written and verbal communication with recruiters, candidates, and hiring leaders.

  • This role is remote and you must live in Idaho or Oregon.

Pay Rate: $23-$26/hr

What You Can Expect From This Role

  • Supports the coordination and delivery of exceptional candidate experiences as it relates to interviewing and sourcing activities
  • Schedules complex candidate interviews, including coordination of meals, community tours and other administrative activities
  • Ability to support sourcing program logistics as it relates to event management and logistics, with occasional local travel possible
  • Exercises exceptional written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable leveraging phone communication, as necessary
  • Brings outstanding customer service to both candidates and leaders, in collaboration with Talent Acquisition recruiters.
  • Applies thorough knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures while understanding and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associates degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience: 2 years relevant experience
