Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in accounting, or a related function, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
• Experience in United States GAAP accounting principles with expertise in business accounting (ASC 606).
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with SAP or comparable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Experience in project management and process improvement.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead and drive complex initiatives.

You'll advise on financial reports required by governmental regulations, and review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports. You'll lead an accounting process from end-to-end. Other responsibilities include reconciling balance sheets and P&L accounts, and providing supplementary financial information for internal and external reports.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $99,000-$145,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Perform relevant annual scoping exercises to support ASC 606/IFRS 15 accounting adjustments and partner with International Controllership to deliver required data.
• Provide program management for annual effort to support business testing for regional audits and required statutory reporting.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly journal entry and support to support the financial close including ownership over Digital Services Tax journal entries. Reconcile accounts to the general ledger and investigate anomalies. Analyze, interpret, and present financial results to regional finance leaders on a quarterly basis and address ad hoc questions and reporting needs in interim periods.
• Work with business partners to define and establish scalable processes to address recurring reporting needs.
• Work closely with Operations, Tax, Product, Legal, IT and other Finance groups to identify business partner needs, and ensure high level of service.
