As a trusted counsel and expert writer for executives and other partners, you will activate our corporate priorities and culture by developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies, plans, and programs. You will leverage accepted standards, best practices, and various media - including email, intranet, video, presentations, town halls, and social media - to inform, influence, and inspire employees about our strategic direction, business plans, change management initiatives, brand, and people.
In This Role, You Will
Write and distribute content required for successful internal communications plans.
Edit messages before dissemination for accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness.
Ensure a consistent corporate voice permeates messaging to all audiences.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of messaging through surveys and other tools, and adjust plans for continuous improvement.
Coordinate efforts by collaborating with Internal Communications peers and external communications partners (e.g., Public Relations, Marketing, Investor Relations).
Keep abreast of company developments and industry trends.
Assist with developing and implementing new and existing communication vehicles, processes, or programs.
